How to: Copy data from several cells.
Solution:
Copy the cells from the datasheet to the Clipboard, and paste the cells from the Clipboard to another location in the datasheet.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Open the table in the Datasheet view.
3) Drag the mouse over the cells to copy to select them. (The cells are highlighted.)
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'. (The selected cells are copied to the Clipboard.)
5) Select the cells to paste to.
NOTE: These must be the same number of cells as selected in step 3).
6) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. (The cells in the Clipboard are pasted to the selected area.)
